Job Description

门店服务运营主管北京社招全职职位 ID:A22140职位描述1、根据门店业务现状和趋势,分析用户需求和行为,完成门店服务质量提升策略和行动计划
2、依据用户声音,挖掘业务问题及痛点,强力拉动跨部门相关业务完成分析改善闭环管理。
3、擅长组织质量问题复盘,固化流程,形成机制。
4、定期整理和分析项目运营数据,对项目运营状况进行准确评估,挖掘新的机会点,推动业务提升职位要求1、本科以上学历,具有一定数据处理能力,逻辑思维强,电子或相关专业优先
2、有5年以上手机售后行业工作经验
3、有极强的服务意识,工作仔细认真,有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力
4、接受公司出差和轮岗安排 投递
