政策目标与费用管理北京社招全职职位 ID:A235920职位描述 1. 政策目标制定(统筹中国区各销售渠道政策目标和相关业务流程改进):参与政策目标(含销售目标和价格政策,等)的制定和规划,统筹各销售渠道的政策目标,并确定实施方案和时间表、系统录入、审核、把控政策目标的准确性,反馈业务流程问题和改进建议;
2. 目标达成监控(负责对政策目标的达成情况进行监控和分析,提出改进和调整建议):监控政策目标的实施和达成,协同BI通过数字化结果推送,以及组织销售渠道做定期复盘报告,对达成情况进行监控,并提出改进和调整建议;
3. 竞赛激励(组织销售竞赛,统筹激励政策和奖金,促进销售达成):组织各类销售竞赛,统筹激励政策和奖金,激励团队达成销售目标;
4. 费用预算与控制(确保费用预算和使用合理,及ROI优化):负责制定费用预算,根据政策目标和实际需求,合理分配和管理组织的财务资源;同时,通过制定费用控制措施和监督机制,确保费用的合理性、有效性和准确性(如,销售业务返利核算);
5. 风险管理(评估政策风险,发现和处理可能存在的风险,减少潜在损失和不确定性):负责对政策目标实施过程中的风险进行评估和管理,及时发现和处理可能存在的风险,减少潜在的损失和不确定性;
6. 资源调配与协调(协调各类资源、包括财务、人力、物资,等等):负责协调和调配组织的各类资源,包括财务、人力、物资等,确保资源的合理利用和最大化效益;
7. 销售管理的系统化方案梳理和建设;职位要求 1. 基本任职要求:大学本科以上学历,财经、经管、理工科专业优先;熟悉电商和线下销售政策制定和发布全流程,具备各渠道销售目标统筹能力,预算制定和管控的能力,系统化思维推动线上线下流程线上化;
2. 行业背景:消费电子行业,比如,手机行业,等等;家电行业美的、海尔、奥克斯,等等;
3. 团队管理能力:3年以上团队管理经验,曾管理过5人以上团队,擅长团队建设,加强团队凝聚力和战斗力,知人善任;
4. 其他方面需求:
- 强横向拉通能力(岗位涉及到跨部门多类型内外部人员沟通),足够的耐心(繁琐和细碎的基础工作和特别情况较多,需要足够的耐心去处理基础工作和解决问题);
- 强数据和政策分析能力:需要对数据和政策有敏感度,强分析逻辑导出有价值的结论;
- 强业务逻辑、系统逻辑和规划能力:有梳理业务流程的能力和数字化思维,通过数字化方式将繁琐复杂的线下工作转至线上,提升流程效率,并构建合理的分析架构和提升数据分析产出效率,实现业务过程强管控,业务风险强监管,业务优化强推进;
