产品营销策划北京社招全职职位 ID:A188776A职位描述小米海外AIoT新品营销,品类包括可穿戴、智能家电、智能出行、环境电器等,为新品在全球的商业成功负责。
1、新品上市策略:深入分析海外目标市场、竞争格局与用户需求,主导制定产品的全球传播定位、将复杂技术特性转化为具有吸引力的本土化用户沟通语言。
2、整合营销策划:主导新品上市全案,统筹公关、社交媒体、电商平台等资源,确保品牌信息一致且高效触达用户。
3、赋能与协同:与产品、销售及全球各地区营销团队紧密协作,交付产品的商业成功。职位要求1、5年以上科技/消费电子行业海外产品营销或品牌管理经验,具备成功的产品上市策划与落地案例。精通数据驱动的营销决策。
2、卓越的市场洞察力、策略思维与跨文化沟通能力。能够独立管理复杂项目,并擅长在多元团队中协同推进。
3、英语可作为工作语言,书面及口语表达流畅。
