2、输出策略方案,推动搜推算法、内容分发、平台功能的持续迭代,不断提升用户消费
3、搭建平台数据策略体系,设计全链路数据埋点方案,监控核心指标支撑业务目标达成职位要求1、具备内容平台相关经验,熟悉搜推核心逻辑,有从C端到后端完整经验者优先
2、熟悉内容特性与用户行为特征,能将业务场景与数据策略、产品功能深度结合
3、扎实的策略能力,能独立完成策略拆解及擅长跨团队协同,保障高复杂项目落地 投递
