商业化产品经理北京社招全职职位 ID:A250920职位描述1. 负责小米系APP的广告变现规划及方案设计,为媒体收入负责;
2. 负责小米自营APP的激励能力建设,分人群、动态调整权益消耗规则、奖励投放节奏,实现良性运转。并对激励广告后端效果进行监控&优化,调优匹配策略,基于客户需求和平台视角满足各种营销诉求,实现最优的商业效率;
3. 与各媒体用户产品沟通协作,建立高效、可控的协作机制,推动商业化方案及优化策略落地,达成目标职位要求1. 本科以上学历,至少5年互联网产品经验,有激励体系搭建、运营经验;
2. 对内容、工具类产品商业模式有深度思考,了解广告变现、激励项目、增值服务的组合策略;
3. 擅长跨部门沟通协作,有良好的沟通协调能力,能够以目标为导向推进工作。 投递
