Job Description

交付用户体验运营管理北京社招全职职位 ID:A73851职位描述1. 以用户体验作为重点目标,协助输出体验相关的产品/运营/流程等选代方案,持续提高用户体验及满意度,提升用户 口碑;
2. 负责公司交付客诉管控,管理并协助门店解决客诉,并兜底重大客诉案件的处理;
3. 负责交付满意度风险预警,制定改善方案和落地计划,异常问题解决和不良管理;
4. 负责交付体验文档的编制和管理,运营分析、知识库搭建、DQA质量评估报告等;
5. 负责制定交付投诉应对话术、编订交付体验白皮书,提升门店人员客诉处理能力。职位要求1. 本科及以上学历
2. 5年以上用户管理、应急处置、满意度体系搭建和服务运营经验;
3. 具备较强的沟通,熟悉重大客诉应对处理;
4. 具有较强的用户价值导向思维,逻辑思维和数据分析能力;
5. 有海外用户运营经验者优先 投递
