海外用户增长运营经理广州全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述一、用户分层体系构建
基于十亿级用户行为数据(购买频次/客单价/品类偏好/内容互动),建立Cider海外专属用户分层模型(如:RFM+行为标签混合模型)
定义关键人群(新客/低活客/高潜流失客/高价值复购客)的量化阈值及动态校准机制
二、分层运营策略设计和落地
精准资源分配:制定分层预算分配规则(例:高价值客群获取成本上限,低活客召回成本)
渠道策略定制:匹配人群特征与渠道特性,对分层受众制定不同渠道策略,如CRM和拉活投放
三、实验驱动策略迭代
分层AB测试:设计实验验证假设,动态优化策略
效果归因分析:建立分层ROI评估体系(人群级LTV/CAC),追踪分层受众的比例变化和对整体GMV贡献度职位要求一、商业策略设计:
有设计分层运营机制的成功经验
