Job Description

电芯工艺开发工程师（转塔方向）上海社招全职动力电池 - 电池技术本科及以上5-7 年职位描述1. 负责锂电圆柱电芯转塔相关工艺的开发、优化与落地，重点聚焦转塔飞行焊接、集流盘焊接等核心工序，解决工艺瓶颈，提升生产效率、良率及产品一致性，适配行业对圆柱电芯的产能与品质需求。
2. 跟进转塔工艺从实验室研发、中试到量产的全流程，制定完善的工艺参数、作业指导书（SOP）及控制计划，推动工艺标准化、规范化管理，确保生产过程可追溯。
3. 调研行业转塔工艺技术趋势，结合公司产品规划，开展工艺创新与技术升级，优化转塔设备运行参数，降低生产成本，提升产品市场竞争力，适配圆柱电芯在新能源汽车、储能等领域的应用需求。
4. 协同生产、设备、质量等部门，处理转塔工艺相关的生产异常、质量问题，开展失效分析，提出针对性改进方案并推动落地，保障生产稳定运行，解决如焊接炸点、焊穿、异物残留等行业常见痛点。
5. 参与转塔相关工艺文件、技术资料的编制、修订与归档，沉淀工艺开发经验，搭建工艺知识库，配合开展技术培训与技术传承工作。职位要求岗位要求：
1. 学历：本科及以上，优先硕士；
2. 专业：机械设计制造及其自动化、机电一体化、精密制造、汽车工程、电子信息工程等相关专业；
3. 熟悉转塔设备整体机械结构、工位布局、自动化运行原理及生产工艺优化方法；拥有转塔飞行激光焊接、极耳成型等核心工序工艺开发、现场调试、良率提升及制程异常改善经验者优先；
4. 具有3 年及以上拥有圆柱（18/21/26/46等）系列电芯转塔工艺开发实战经验优先；
5. 有Tesla/Panasonic、亿纬锂能、蜂巢、BYD、远景等大型电芯厂工艺开发相关工作经验优先；
6. 具备较强的情绪管理能力；
7. 具备系统性解决问题能力；
8. 参与过产品或技术开发流程，具有较强的团队合作精神，善于发现问题并可以通过逻辑思维进行问题的改进；
专业能力：
1. 精通转塔工序核心工艺原理，熟练掌握工艺参数调试方法、失效分析逻辑，能够独立排查解决转塔工序各类工艺、设备、质量异常；
2. 熟悉圆柱电芯生产全流程制程要求，了解激光焊接工艺特性、电芯品质管控标准、行业量产良率基准；
3. 能够独立完成工艺实验设计（单因子、全因子、田口法etc.)实施验证，数据统计分析、实验报告输出、工艺文件编制，熟练使用办公软件与工艺数据分析工具；
4. 熟悉锂电行业生产规范、制程管控要求，了解MES生产追溯系统、工艺管控流程者优先。 投递
