· 옴니채널 리테일 환경에서 매장의 모든 영역을 아우르며 고객의 니즈를 충족하고, 매끄러운 쇼핑 경험을 제공합니다. 고객이 매장을 방문하는 동안 핵심 접점 역할을 하며 고객 경험을 향상시킵니다.
· 효과적인 재고 관리와 물류 부서와의 협업을 통해 유닛 운영을 관리하고 제품 가용성을 유지합니다.
