职位描述
负责公司正式产品、原型产品或内部系统的 WebUI 开发；参与桌面客户端（exe 基础包）内嵌网页、跨端容器中的前端与 AI 大模型应用开发，支撑功能扩展与热更新相关能力落地，保障代码质量、性能与用户体验。 岗位职责： 1. 设计、开发和维护前端系统，确保产品高质量、高性能、高可靠；与产品、设计及业务同学紧密合作，理解业务需求，制定合适的技术方案。 2. 负责 Web、跨端容器（移动或桌面）中的 AI 大模型应用开发，保障代码质量和用户体验。 3. 优化前端性能与体验，保证在不同分辨率、桌面内嵌容器等场景下表现稳定。 4. 负责前端代码的版本管理与发布；参与功能包/前端资源的热更新发布与回滚流程。 5. 以不断提升质量、效率、体验为目标，封装组件、沉淀文档、生产工具、搭建系统，践行工程师日常工作准则。 6. 关注行业技术趋势，探索 Hybrid、桌面容器、AI 应用等方向，并在合适场景落地。 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，3–5 年前端开发经验（优秀者可放宽）。 2. 精通 HTML / JavaScript / CSS，熟悉 Flex 等布局，理解表现与数据分离。 3. 熟练掌握至少一种 MVVM 框架；具备 Vue 实际项目经验，优先 Vue 3；了解 React 亦可。 4. 熟练使用常见 UI 库（Ant Design、Element、MUI 等）。 5. 熟悉 HTTP 协议，能使用网络调试工具排查问题；了解前端安全与性能优化。 6. 了解 webpack、vite 配置，能独立完成中等复杂度项目。 7. 有较好的交互设计感觉，能完成从原型草图到成品的完整过程。 8. 热爱技术，能从问题本质出发思考，持续学习。 加分项： 1. 有跨端/桌面融合经验：Electron、Hybrid Web、RN，或 CEF/WebView 内嵌桌面客户端经验。 2. 了解或实践过前端资源热更新、模块化功能包、本地/CDN 分发与版本管理。 3. 有与原生客户端（C++/UE 等）通过 JS Bridge、自定义协议联调的经验。 4. 了解 GPT 等大模型原理，有大模型工程化、LangChain / Agent 等应用实践经验。
