职位描述
1.全面负责门店经营管理，围绕销售目标、运营效率及用户体验，对门店经营结果负责；结合经营数据及时识别问题和机会点，制定并推动改善方案落地。 2.负责门店团队建设与人员管理，包括日常带教、能力培养、绩效辅导及团队氛围建设，持续提升团队销售能力和人效。 3.负责门店日常运营管理，推动产品、销售、服务、陈列、库存及现场管理等标准有效落地，保障门店稳定、高质量运营。 4.持续提升用户体验和门店服务质量，关注用户需求及服务反馈，推动问题及时解决，为用户提供专业、高质量的消费体验。 5.结合区域经营策略推动重点业务落地，协同区域团队完成新品、营销活动及重点经营项目，并沉淀可复制的优秀经营经验。
职位要求
1.大专及以上学历，本科优先，优秀候选人可结合实际经验综合评估。 2.具备成熟的零售门店管理经验，并有较好的门店经营业绩 3.有较大体量门店实际经营经验，能够独立承担门店销售、人员及运营管理工作；有百万级月营收门店管理经验者优先。 4.具备较强的经营分析和问题解决能力，能够通过经营数据发现问题，并推动销售及运营改善。 5.具备较强的团队管理、人才培养及沟通协同能力，有较好的目标感和执行力。 6.对零售业务保持敏感，学习能力强，愿意持续提升自身经营及管理能力。 【培养与发展】 1.入职后将根据实际情况安排约1-2个月的门店训战，帮助快速熟悉小米业务和经营体系； 2.训战结束后，将结合业务岗位机会、个人意愿及训战表现进行门店定岗； 3.表现优秀者进入区域管理人才储备池，进行进一步的管理培养和发展机会。 【工作地点】 北京、天津区域门店。 具体门店将结合候选人意愿、区域业务需求及训战表现综合协商确定。
