Job Description

感知质量工程师(技术中心)惠州全职职位描述工作职责:
1.前瞻技术研究:跟踪并研究智能座舱、智能驾驶、多模态交互(语音、手势、触觉、眼动)及AR-HUD等领域的人因工程行业最新动态,开展前瞻性的人因课题研究与实验设计 。
2.用户体验量化:负责将主观的驾驶及座舱体验(如认知负荷、态势感知、舒适度)转化为客观、可衡量的指标,构建并持续优化智能座舱人机交互体验的测试与评价体系 。
3.实验设计与执行:独立设计并执行高保真度的人因实验,熟练运用眼动仪、生理多导记录仪、脑电仪等设备在驾驶模拟器或实车环境中采集用户生理及行为数据 。
4.数据驱动落地:利用SPSS、Python或R等工具对实验数据进行深度挖掘和统计分析,撰写专业的研究报告,识别用户体验痛点和设计机会点,并与产品/设计团队协同,推动研究成果落地 。
5.标准与规范建设:参与制定和维护人因设计规范、指南及流程,建立人因/用户研究实验室的硬件环境、测试规范和工具库,参与行业相关标准的研讨与建设 。职位要求任职要求:
1.教育背景:硕士及以上学历,人因工程、工程心理学、认知心理学、工业设计、车辆工程或人机交互等相关专业 。
2.工作经验:具有3年以上人因工程或用户研究相关工作经验;具备汽车智能座舱或HMI领域的研究经历,完整参与过至少一款量产车型的HMI开发或评估项目者优先 。
3.专业技能:
a.具备扎实的人因工程理论基础,熟悉人的信息加工模型及基本心理、生理特征 。
b.熟练掌握定性与定量研究方法,精通访谈、可用性测试及实验设计 。
具备扎实的数据分析能力,熟练使用SPSS或R语言进行统计分析 。
c.熟悉至少一种人因实验设备(如眼动仪、生理仪、脑电仪)及相关分析软件 。
4.沟通与协作:具备优秀的逻辑思维与问题分析能力,能将复杂的研究发现转化为通俗易懂的产品建议;具备出色的团队协作精神,能与跨部门角色高效沟通 。
5.语言能力:具备良好的英语读写能力,能流畅阅读国外SAE论文及汽车工程相关英文资料 。

1.有驾驶执照(C1及以上)并具备熟练的驾驶技能者优先 。
2.有国际期刊/会议论文发表经验或参与过行业标准制定者优先 。 投递
