About the Role

作为合规管理部门,与销售渠道、业务部门、下辖机构(如有)合作开展分支机构层面的合规管理、风险管理与内控管理工作,协助分公司合规官有效管理合规风险与操作风险等分支机构主要风险,并在所负责的分公司范围内培育与推广诚信合规文化。

岗位职责

合规管理制度与合规管理计划

  • 沟通与推动公司各项合规政策和指引在分公司及下辖机构(如有)的落实,包括但不限于反洗钱、反舞弊、反腐败、业务品质、数据隐私等,提升各部门与员工的合规意识,遵守合规制度。视需要组织协调分公司以及下辖机构(如有)各部门制定、修订分公司的合规管理规章制度,并推动贯彻落实。
  • 在总公司合规部的指导下,结合属地监管要求与业务实际,制定分公司的年度合规管理计划,并推动其贯彻落实。
  • 在分公司落实各项合规项目并追踪进度,以确保与公司业务目标及总公司合规的战略方向保持一致。
  • 持续关注属地监管动态,如发生重大变动的,督促销售渠道、业务部门、下辖机构(如有)评估变动对合规管理的影响,修改完善内部规范,并监督落实。

合规风险评估与监测

  • 为分公司经营管理活动、新业务的开发等事项提供合规支持,对重要业务流程、行为、活动方案、决策事项、内部规范等开展合规审查,主动进行风险提示,及时提出相关制度制订或者修订建议,推动销售渠道、业务部门、下辖机构(如有)形成并落实风险缓释方案。
  • 组织、推动和监督分公司销售渠道、业务部门、下辖机构(如有)执行合规风险监测与评估,与合规部门风险监督结合,识别、评估、报告合规风险,并建议、推动风险缓释措施。
  • 监督渠道业务品质管理体系的执行,包括市场品行管理委员会机制在分公司的实施等。
  • 就分公司的合规相关事宜与当地相关监管机构或外部机构的沟通进行对接或支持。
  • 组织、推动对于合规事件、案件等的报告、管理与跟踪。

合规检查与排查工作

  • 组织开展合规检查,以识别与缓释合规风险并追踪整改行动。
  • 推动、监督监管排查项目的有效实施。
  • 根据管理需要组织、推动分公司及下辖机构(如有)的自查自纠。

最低工作要求

经验与资质

  • 本科以上学历,至少10年以上工作经验。
  • 从事金融工作六年以上且从事法律合规工作三年以上,或者从事法律合规工作六年以上且从事金融工作三年以上,或者从事金融工作六年以上且取得法律职业资格证书。
  • 对保险业务有深入了解者优先。
  • 具有法律、风险管理、审计、会计、内控等专业资质者优先。

专业知识

  • 熟悉当地监管要求和公司的风险合规政策与项目,并能将其转化为对当地日常运营的具体要求
  • 深入了解业务模式(特别是保险产品、销售渠道、服务流程等),掌握业务变化趋势(如移动展业、自媒体宣传等),并了解它们对合规性的影响
  • 掌握操作风险管理的基础知识 。
  • 在识别、缓释和报告潜在违规行为方面具有实践经验。

技能与行为

  • 对市场趋势(如强监管等)保持开放心态,积极学习,不断发展专业知识。
  • 有效的沟通和培训技能,能够面向所有层级人员开展沟通与培训。
