【 業務内容 】
・ALJのHSE、環境年次計画を立案、展開、周知および維持する
・ALJのHSE、環境計画が各部門で展開され、優先事項が正しく設定されるよう、各部門を補助し検証する
・HSE、環境に係る問題、リスク、優先事項を経営陣へ提言する
・各部部門の作業と職場環境の危険性分析、安全作業許可、等の危険分析が行われるよう、各部門を補助し検証する
・各部門の安全管理者、危険分析の担当者が必要な力量を有していることを検証する。必要に応じトレーニング計画を提案する
・各部門の改善アクションの進捗をモニターし、各部門の担当を補助し、進捗を検証する
・HSE、環境に関するデーターおよび情報を収集し、分析し、評価し、経営メンバーに提供する
