関連する充填・組立工程、品質保証プロセス、生産システムなどの知識を習得していただき、チームの一員として、品質、安全性をサポートし、安全かつ効率的に機器やツールを処理し、機器のセットアップ、分解、清掃、再組み立て、保管、維持、操作、などを手順通りに行っていただきます。
必要に応じて、パフォーマンスの最適化や効率性、品質の安全性の向上や改善に向けたアクションが求められることがあります。
業務の一例（配属される工程により作業内容が異なります）
・生産スケジュールに合わせた、除菌洗浄、消毒、清掃、機器・工具・保管容器の組立。
・部内で発生した廃棄物の集約と移動。
・機器・工具の使用適性、安全性、状態を点検、評価し、手順・訓練に沿った保守・修理を行い、適切な処分、取り扱い、保管を確保する。
・生産（コンパウンド/充填・組立）および他のサポートグループと連携し、必要な情報や文書を提供する。
・原材料、化学物質を安全かつ効果的に取り扱うことで、製品の品質を確保し、自己と他者の安全を確保する。
・バッチ製造のための効率的かつ正確な材料の計量と投入等。
安全性、品質、コスト、パフォーマンスを含むプロセスを継続的に改善するための積極的な部門間の関係構築が必要となり、日常業務において、可能な限りのベストプラクティスを追求し、積極的、協調的、自律的に行動することが求められます。
