  • エリア戦略に基づく普及販売戦略の立案と実行

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

【職務要件】

  • 所属エリア全体及び担当地区に対して、BASF農業用商品の普及販売活動を行う
  • エリアや担当地区の売上及び普及目標達成の為、戦略を立案し実行する。
  • 顧客管理システムを用いて活動報告及び内容分析をもとに営業効率向上を図る
  • 所属エリアの目標達成の為、下位部員の営業活動をサポートする。
  • 市場、競合（他社、製品等）の情報を収集し解析する
  • 新たな市場開拓を探索し、ビジネスモデルの提案を行う
  • 事業部全体に関わるプロジェクトに参画する

Job Requirements

Education

大学卒以上

Working Experience

農薬や農資材など農業に関する製品の営業経験をお持ちの方

Technical & Professional Knowledge

■営業活動に関する基本的なスキル（PCスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、コミュニケーションスキル）フレームワーク

■営業業務が可能なレベルの高い日本語能力

■普通自動車免許（必須）
