欧洲残值管理及汽车金融经理Diemen、LondonFull-timeFinanceResponsibilities岗位概述
负责统筹小鹏汽车欧洲区域残值（Residual Value, RV）管理体系与策略制定，监控与预测新车/二手车残值表现，支持定价、租赁产品、金融合作与再营销策略，提升全生命周期盈利能力；同时重点负责英国汽车金融市场的业务规划、合作伙伴管理、产品与运营支持，推动金融渗透率与佣金提升，结算验证等工作。
主要职责
1. 建立并持续优化欧洲残值管理策略与工作机制，确保残值风险可控、盈利能力最优；为各国家指定合理残值目标。
2. 监控并预测小鹏车型在欧洲各市场的新车与二手车残值走势，形成月度/季度RV表现报告与管理建议。
3. 负责小鹏欧洲RV委员会工作，组织跨部门评审与关键决策落地。
4. 建立并维护外部生态合作：金融公司、运营租赁公司、拍卖平台、零售商/经销商、公关机构、残值设定机构等，推动数据共享与策略协同。
5. 兼管英国汽车金融业务日常运营。Qualifications任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历。
2. 3-7年汽车金融、租赁、残值管理、再营销等相关经验。
3. 熟悉欧洲汽车市场与残值影响因素（宏观经济、产品周期、供需、政策等），具备数据分析与预测能力（能独立产出RV洞察与建议）。
4. 了解英国汽车金融市场与主流产品形态（零售金融、PCH/PCP/HP或同类结构、经营租赁等），有合作伙伴管理经验者优先。
5. 具备跨部门协作与项目推进能力。
6. 中英文双语流利，可面向内部高层与外部机构进行专业汇报与谈判；有欧洲其它语言能力更佳。
7. 能适应跨国出差与多项目并行，高自主性与结果导向。 Apply
