Job Description

客户体验实习生(实习项目)深圳实习互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述实习津贴:150-200元/天
1. 客户咨询-在线回复售前、售中和售后咨询,促成交易;
2. 纠纷跟进: 跟进纠纷和拒付案件,收集分析申诉材料并进行申诉;
3. 话术优化: 负责客服日常英文话术的输出和优化;
4. 客诉处理: 处理品牌方客服团队升级的客诉,包括异常订单跟进;
5. 风控管理: 对风险订单和异常订单进行识别和预警;
6. 反馈收集: 定期整理搜集消费者反馈,包括退换货原因分析;职位要求1. CET-6及以上水平,熟练英文书写能力,英语类专业优先;
2. 具备较强学习能力,能快速掌握产品知识和系统工具使用;
3. 具备良好沟通能力,工作积极主动,做事仔细认真;
4. 期待实习周期大于3个月。
