架構治理與流程優化
1. 建立並持續優化架構治理（Architecture Governance）流程與標準。
2. 將架構設計文件、決策過程及最佳實務制度化，打造可重複、可傳承的全行知識資產。
3. 跨部門協作，確保技術架構與企業策略、法規要求一致。
新技術評估與創新方案推動
1. 追蹤並評估最新科技與行業趨勢（如 AI、雲端、低程式/無程式開發、資安技術等）。
2. 提出具可行性的創新解決方案，進行 PoC、效益分析與落地規劃。
3. 能帶領內外部團隊執行專案，含排程管理、資源控管、風險管控與溝通協調。
依據主管機關、稽核要求執行相關合規作業

【必要條件 Qualifications】
資訊管理、工程、科技相關科系畢業，具 5 年以上專案管理、架構治理或資訊系統開發經驗。
具備專案管理實務經驗（需求溝通、排程、風險管理、利害關係人管理）。
能閱讀並撰寫技術架構文件，與技術團隊有效溝通。
熟悉資安、合規、內控或金融業法遵要求者尤佳。
具備良好溝通技巧、跨部門協作能力與問題解決能力。
【加分條件 Preferred Qualifications】
熟悉企業級架構治理框架（例如 TOGAF、架構看板、API 治理等）
具備 PMP、Agile/Scrum、TOGAF 等專業證照。
曾實際參與大規模系統整合、雲端導入、AI 專案、或資料治理相關專案。
具備廠商管理與外部合作夥伴協作經驗。
具有金融業（銀行/保險/證券）或高度法遵產業背景。
