Job Description

海外客服组长(越南)上海全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述岗位职责:
1. 负责海外客服团队日常管理,包括排班、现场支持、工作分配及团队氛围建设;
2. 承接海外用户咨询、投诉及异常问题处理,确保服务质量与用户满意度;
3. 监控客服运营数据,如响应时长、解决率、满意度等,推动问题复盘与持续优化;
4. 负责团队成员的培训、辅导与绩效管理,提升团队整体服务能力;
5. 联动产品、运营、技术等相关团队,推动用户问题闭环及流程优化;
6. 参与客服 SOP、知识库及服务标准建设。
任职要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,具备 3 年及以上客服相关经验,至少 1 年团队管理经验;
2. 有游戏、互联网或出海业务客服经验者优先;
3. 具备较强的团队管理、沟通协调及问题推进能力;
4. 数据敏感,能够基于业务数据发现问题并推动改进;
5. 责任心强,抗压能力好,能够适应较快节奏的业务环境;
6. 具备良好的英文能力,若有印尼语/泰语等小语种能力优先。

- 有海外市场客服团队搭建或管理经验;
- 熟悉企微、工单系统、在线客服系统等工具;
