财务会计专员ZhongshanIntelligent manufacturing / Industrial Internet / Industrial automationBachelor's degree or above3-5 yearsResponsibilities全面协助公司费用报销及付款审核、凭证制作、纳税申报、审计、报表、会计档案保管等全盘财会工作。
岗位职责：
1、整体协助完成报表、结账、税务、审计相关工作；
2、审核员工报销费用、应收应付、固定资产、无形资产、费用等相关单据，以保证原始凭证的完整性和准确性，并且能独立完成在ERP系统中的凭证制单，并保证账务处理的准确性和及时性；
3、负责购买、开具、管理发票，熟悉最新的发票管理办法；
4、完成年、季、月度全税种纳税申报、独立完成底稿及税务筹划，与税局打交道，熟悉税务政策；
5、负责固定资产、无形资产、长期待摊费用的管理，包括转固、折旧、摊销、盘点、报废等；
6、协助政府项目的完成，包括资料整理及对外提供。协助高企申请、复核、研发费用底稿制作；
7、填写各类统计报表；
8、负责财会文件的准备、归档及保管工作；
9、完成财务经理交办的其他事项。Qualifications1、全日制本科或以上学历，财务管理、审计或经济、金融等相关专业；
2、3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉中国会计准则和国际财务报告准则；
3、认真严谨、耐心细致、有较好的逻辑思维和统筹计划能力，学习能力强，责任心强，具有良好的沟通、协调能力，与团队保持良好的关系；
4、有一定的英语听说读写能力；
5、3年以上制造业相关工作经验，有上市公司工作经验，熟练使用金蝶系统和办公软件（如Excel的高阶使用者、熟练运用AI等），可优先考虑。
