Job Description

技术支持工程师深圳全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述1. 负责客户问题解决落地;协助市场,完成售前/售后技术支持,达成目标;
2. 负责解决客户疑难技术问题,并从技术层面深入定位解决,找出问题根源,提出优化改进方案并推动落实;
3. 对产品及用户共性问题,整理文档,提炼出效率工具并推动落地;
4. 负责对客户做售前/售后的日常培训,提升客户问题解决效率及质量。
职位要求1. 优秀的英语沟通能力,能熟练运用英文进行口头和书面沟通;
2. 本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业优先考虑;
3. 2年以上手机APP 或 Web 开发经验,有PaaS SDK相关集成经验;
4. 有音视频服务相关的客户支持经验优先考虑;
5. 良好的客户沟通、 逻辑分析、及产品服务管理能力。 投递
