Job Description

技术美术(中台)杭州全职研发 - 多媒体 / 游戏开发职位描述1.提供UE动画/材质渲染/粒子特效等关键特性的功能实现,协同工程师完善、优化开发管线和资产生成工具;
2.协助美术人员和程序人员优化游戏运行效率;
3.解决美术人员日常遇到的各种技术问题;
4.研究学习新技术,新流程,关注解决实际问题并落地;
5.优化美术工作流程,开发和维护美术生产相关的效率工具;
6.配合团队研究新的美术效果,协助设计相应的生产管线。职位要求1.动画向:对主流游戏的角色动画驱动机制有深入理解,且有Unreal动画蓝图或Unity状态机的搭建经验;渲染向:掌握计算机图形学的基础知识,对图形学中的光照模型及线性代数有较深了解,熟悉GLSL或HLSL,能用Shader实现光影渲染及其他预期效果。
2.具备较好审美和美学功底,对光影、色彩、动态具有明确的理解和辨识能力,精通于游戏美术各类资源开发的流程和规范;
3.具有良好团队协作精神、沟通能力和较好的产品思维,对策划及程序的工作方式有足够的了解,能较好的与策划和程序进行项目协同开发,协助解决美术和程序间的技术问题;
4.精通至少一种主流游戏引擎:如Unity3D、Unreal等;
5.熟悉设计模式等计算机基础知识,精通至少一种面向对象的编程语言,如C#、C++等;
6.深入理解实时引擎工作原理,理解美术效果的效率瓶颈并掌握优化方法。 投递
