Job Description

资深关卡美术师杭州全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述1、创建场景布景,地图和大规模开放世界环境;
2、开发前期作为核心成员主导并参与游戏关卡设计团队的相关创意讨论;
3、为团队中的其他关卡美术成员提供反馈建议并带教成长;
4、促进和执行技术规格规范化,例如命名规范和文档输出;
5、帮助开发迭代引擎工具.与Level designer关卡设计师,灯光师和3D艺术团队互动,并分享知识和最佳实践做法;
6、检查并优化关卡落地实现的各方面性能;
7、确保地图关卡的可玩性。职位要求1、具备至少8年以上视频游戏/移动端游戏行业经验,5年以上关卡美术师经验;
2、至少一款完整的全周期0-1游戏项目研发经验;
3、精通前沿的行业标准工具和工作流程,如MAX或Maya,Photoshop, World Machine和Houdini;
4、精通Unreal或Unity的关卡制作相关模块;
5、具备完整的全流程Level creation 创建经验;
6、具备场景modular模块化拆分/搭建经验;
7、具备出色的艺术素养,并且善于诠释解读各类参考和概念艺术.对古代战争中的事物运作具有扎实的鉴赏力和理解力,并对技术方面有广泛的了解;
8、工作效率高并能注意到内存和性能方面的预算限制;
9、具有文档撰写输出的经验,可以在实时游戏引擎中使用摄影测量法来创建资产和环境;
10、对关卡设计,关卡美术视觉,游戏设计充满激情,具有出色的沟通能力和团队协作能力;
11、积极为此技术迭代,引擎迭代做出贡献,在团队内部促进沟通透明化和专业学习文化氛围。
