Job Description

游戏客服主管杭州全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述高级游戏客服(海外方向)
岗位职责:
1、制定与完善客服服务的流程、制度、规范及完善岗位职责,如业务解答、制定口径话术、FAQ、游戏攻略、AI内容产出等;
2、结合日常工作内容,推动工具搭建及持续优化;
3、深度体验游戏,及时、准确的跟踪处理用户疑难及投诉事件,分析产出用户事件的数据结果;
4、对异常事故及潜在风险事件及时上报,并推进问题的解决。
职位要求
任职要求:
1、英语CET6或专四以上,或有雅思&托福,能将英语作为工作语言,有其他小语种技能加分;
2、热爱游戏,玩过多种品类的MMO、SLG、卡牌类游戏,具备游戏客服相关工作经验1年以上
3、具良好的沟通协调能力;具备一定的文案写作能力,敢于推动问题解决。
4、强烈的团队意识,责任心强,心理承受能力强,能适应较大的工作压力;
5、熟练office办公软件,有一定制表及数据分析能力者优先。 投递
