Job Description

游戏客服杭州全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述岗位职责:
1,通过客服系统、电话等为用户提供业务咨询、问题解答、投诉受理、玩法&攻略交流等专属应答服务
2,积极主动跟进服务用户,协调内部资源解决客户问题,做到及时响用户信息和持续提升用户服务体验满意度
3,能针对玩家问题进行高效反馈,并协助相关部门处理游戏bug等问题
4,配合运营进行活动执行,做好用户的主动触达及跟进沟通,及时收集用户建议;能高效完成团队交代的业务内容
5,了解游戏玩法,熟悉核心系统,及时了解更新信息;对于游戏玩法的深入挖掘有经验,且能产出个人攻略
职位要求任职要求:
1,游戏经验丰富,能够快速熟悉游戏系统并了解核心玩法
2,沟通表达能力强,具有高度的责任心,良好的应变能力,拥有团队意识,能够针对问题做出合理的应对和寻求正确的解决方案
3,有较强的客户服务意识,待人热情正向,有大客户日常服务、维系用户经历更佳
4,至少熟悉1款游戏,熟悉对应的圈子并有自己的见解
5,有外包客服管理经验优先 投递
