Job Description

驻场客服工程师深圳全职生产 / 制造 / 加工职位描述1.深圳sorting house管理人员出勤、人效、工时达成目标。
2.规划深圳sorting house现场检验区域状态标识,做好不合格品的隔离、评审与处置,并及时反馈质量信息
3.组织分配、监督并协调深圳sorting house组员的日常工作
4.深圳sorting house质量问题的统筹、反馈及处理
5.深圳sorting house质量改善活动、文件修订的具体推动及实施
6.sorting house的质量状况的跟进、汇报
7.客户售后质量异常处理工作职位要求1.2年以上模组品质管理工作经验&3年以上驻厂客户工作经验,需要有一定的区域客户架构维护网络(经验优秀者,条件可适当放宽)
2.能熟练掌握办公软件 word、Excel、PPT;
3.有能力跟进客户端制程异常分析处理;
4.能对员工进行培训赋能;
5.熟练掌握品质分析手法;
