Job Description

后道工程师(叠合)常州全职生产 / 制造 / 加工职位描述1. 负责AR光波导镜片叠合制程的新产品导入(NPI)工作,包括样品制作、工艺验证、试产跟进与量产移交。
2. 主导新产品图纸评审、DFM可制造性分析,针对光学胶、胶水等材料提出工艺优化建议。
3. 制定叠合段的SOP、PFMEA、控制计划、检验标准等工艺文件,完成参数验证与制程固化。
4. 负责试产过程中的异常分析与改善,解决叠合偏移、气泡、光学性能不良等问题,提升良率与效率。
5. 对接研发、设备、品质、生产团队,推进治具开发、设备调试、材料认证与DOE实验设计,确保项目按节点交付。
6. 完成NPI阶段的样品交付、数据整理、报告输出及量产技术转移,确保后段制程稳定落地。
7. 持续优化叠合工艺路线,降低成本、提升产能与产品可靠性。职位要求1. 大专及以上学历,光学工程、光电、材料、机械、微电子等相关专业;
2. 2年以上AR/VR光波导、光学镜片、玻璃精密加工、半导体封装等行业NPI或屏厂OCA/OCR贴合相关工艺工程经验;
3. 具备良好的异常分析能力,能独立处理制程不良,熟练使用8D、5Why、SPC/CPK等质量与分析工具;
4. 对OCA、OCR材料特性有深刻的认知,了解市面上主要品牌材料的优劣;
5. 能看懂光学图纸,熟悉尺寸公差、外观标准、光学性能要求,具备样品制作与验证能力;
6. 工作严谨细致,责任心强,具备良好的项目推进能力与跨部门沟通协调能力;
7. 有AR衍射光波导、阵列光波导、玻璃冷加工、精密叠合项目经验者优先; 投递
