Job Description

研发高级工程师(散热风扇)常州、南京、上海全职智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化职位描述1.主导仿真设计:独立负责轴向与离心风扇从概念到量产的全流程流体仿真工作,包括三维建模、网格划分、CFD计算及结果深度分析,精准预测P-Q曲线、效率及噪声频谱。基于仿真结果,主导风扇叶轮、叶片、蜗壳等关键气动部件的优化设计。
2.测试验证:与测试工程师紧密合作,制定仿真与实验对标方案。通过风洞测试数据(P-Q、噪音)校准和修正仿真模型,提升仿真精度与预测可靠性,建立高效的“仿真-设计-验证”迭代流程。
3.跨部门协同:与电磁设计、结构设计、声学及系统热设计团队协同工作,确保风扇的气动性能与电机驱动、结构强度、整机散热及噪音指标达成最佳平衡。
4.量产支持:协同工艺工程师,解决产品在试产和量产过程中的工艺与品质问题,确保顺利导入量产。职位要求任职要求
硕士及以上学历,流体力学、叶轮机械、动力工程及工程热物理、航空航天等相关专业。
必备经验:
5年以上专注于风扇、鼓风机或其它旋转机械的流场仿真与气动设计经验。曾作为主力仿真工程师,至少主导过2款以上消费电子风扇(笔记本电脑、游戏掌机、显卡等)从设计到量产的完整开发项目,并成功达成预定的性能与噪音目标。最好有专业散热风扇/模组制造厂任职经历,如AVC(奇鋐科技)、台达、广东晟辉科技、尼得科(Nidec)、建准(Sunon)等。
专业技能:
精通至少一种主流CFD软件(ANSYS Fluent/CFX、Star-CCM+、NUMECA Fine/Turbo等)进行旋转机械的流场模拟;具备深厚的流体力学与气动声学理论基础,熟悉边界层理论、湍流模型、噪声产生与传播机理(特别是旋转噪声与涡流噪声);深刻理解仿真与工程实际的差距,能将仿真结果转化为具体的、可制造的几何设计改进建议。 投递
