Job Description

客户质量工程师常州全职生产 / 制造 / 加工职位描述1、一般客户投诉关闭时效性:按要求及时关闭客诉,避免投诉升级;
2、重大客户投诉/质量事故关闭以及质量成本监控:按要求及时关闭客诉,避免升级,并需要将造成的损失降低到合理范围,
有能力站在公司的立场上减少损失;
3、客户满意度管控:针对负责的客户,全面掌控影响客户满意度的各个维度关键KPI,分解到团队,每周监控达成情况;
4、客户满意度提升:能从内部和外部两个环节推动提升客户满意度;
5、客户审核主导:收集客户要求(隐性或者显性)推动内审,通过认证审核,问题审核,例行审核;
6、客户关系建立及维护能力:能与客户保持良好的客户关系,通过个人与客户对AAC正面评价。职位要求1、全日制本科及以上学历,理工类专业优先;
2、性格开朗,有2年以上客服相关经验;
3、有镜头或模组行业经验优先考虑; 投递
