海外售后项目经理上海全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述1.客户沟通管理积极沟通并协调处理与业主、监理、分包商和行业主管部门的合作关系；建立有效沟通机制，并组织完成客户侧的验收；
Client Communication Management
Actively communicate and coordinate the cooperation with owners, supervisors, subcontractors, and industry authorities; establish an effective communication mechanism. and organize the completion of customer-side acceptance.
2.现场管理
(1)全面负责项目总体规划与项目现场实施部署计划的制定，以及项目现场的部署执行、运维、测试、安全以及质量等一系列管理工作；
On-Site Management
(1) Fully responsible for the overall project planning and on-site implementation deployment plan, as well as a series of management tasks including on-site deployment, operation, maintenance, testing, safety, and quality.
(2)负责项目实施过程中的现场部署、功能测试、联调测试以及客户培训等工作；
(2) Responsible for on-site deployment, functional testing, joint debugging, and customer training during the project implementation process.
(3)负责协调并解决现场部署调试过程中出现的各类问题并牵头制定和落实解决方案；
(3) Responsible for coordinating and solving various problems that arise during on-site deployment and debugging, and taking the lead in formulating and implementing solutions.
(4)通过合理地调配资源，实施日常工作中的组织、计划、指挥、协调、管控、鼓励等职责，确保现场项目质量和项目进度等目标能够按时保质地被实现；
(4) Through reasonable resource allocation, implement duties such as organization, planning, command, coordination, control, and encouragement in daily work, ensuring that on-site project quality and schedule objectives are achieved on time and with quality.
3.与相关国内团队的沟通管理
(1)严格遵守国内公司相关规章制度，包括人力，费用，行政等，并定期汇报；

(1) Strictly adhere to the relevant rules and regulations of the domestic company, including personnel, expenses, administration, etc., and provide regular reports.
(2)建立良好的汇报机制，使用jira，confluence等工具将现场状况以及问题及时汇报给国内相关团队，并跟踪管理；
(2) Establish a good reporting mechanism, using tools like Jira and Confluence to report on-site conditions and issues to the relevant domestic teams in a timely manner and manage follow-ups.
(3)协调现场资源满足国内研发团队对于新功能/研发提测类需求；
(3) Coordinate on-site resources to meet the domestic R&D team's needs for new features or test requests.职位要求1.本科以上学历，机械，车辆，电气或软件等相关专业；
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Vehicle, Electrical, Software, or related fields.
2.3年以上项目管理工作经验，有自动驾驶或项目管理工作经验者优先考虑；
More than 3 years of project management experience, with preference given to those with experience in autonomous driving or project management.
3.了解项目管理基础知识或接受过项目管理培训，有较强的沟通能力与组织协调能力;
