Job Description

数据生产运营经理(自营团队方向)成都全职职位描述核心目标: 全面负责自营数据标注团队的搭建与日常运营管理,通过高效的"选育用留汰"机制及精细化运营,打造一支高技能、高效率、高稳定性的数据生产团队,为自动驾驶等业务提供可靠的数据支撑。
主要职责:
团队管理(选育用留汰): 全面负责自营数据标注团队的招聘、选拔、培训、激励、保留及优化工作,构建健康的人才梯队。
培训与赋能: 与管理团队共同搭建并实施员工岗位技能培训体系,确保团队能力与业务需求同步迭代。
知识库建设: 组织并推动数据标注标准、规范、SOP及最佳实践的知识库搭建与持续迭代,确保作业标准统一。
绩效与考核: 制定并执行科学的绩效考核方案,监控效率(吞吐量)、质量(准确率)等核心指标,实施绩效反馈与激励。
效率质量提升: 通过流程优化、工具协同、技能培训、劳动竞赛等方式,持续驱动团队生产效率与标注质量的提升。
日常运营: 负责团队的日常任务分配、工作调度、氛围建设及人员关系管理,保障团队稳定高效运转。职位要求核心目标: 全面负责自营数据标注团队的搭建与日常运营管理,通过高效的"选育用留汰"机制及精细化运营,打造一支高技能、高效率、高稳定性的数据生产团队,为自动驾驶等业务提供可靠的数据支撑。
