二、职位核心目标
负责公司无人物流车产品在重点行业(如物流、快递、制造业、港口、机场等)的大客户开发与维护,达成年度销售目标,推动无人物流车解决方案在行业内的规模化应用。
三、岗位职责
市场开拓与客户开发
负责无人物流车目标行业(如快递、电商、互联网巨头等)的客户分析,制定大客户开发策略。
主动挖掘潜在客户需求,建立并维护与头部客户(如顺丰、京东物流、邮政集团、京东集团等)的高层关系。
推动无人物流车解决方案在客户场景中的落地,包括项目洽谈、方案演示、技术交流等。
销售目标达成
制定年度/季度销售计划,分解并执行大客户销售策略,确保销售目标的超额完成。
协调公司内部资源(技术、产品、运营等),为客户提供定制化解决方案,推动项目签约。
跟踪项目进度,协调交付、售后等环节,确保客户满意度和复购率。
行业洞察与竞争分析
持续关注无人物流车行业动态(政策、技术、竞争对手等),为产品优化和市场策略提供建议。
分析客户需求痛点,推动产品与服务的迭代升级,提升市场竞争力。
客户关系管理
建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系,定期回访客户,挖掘二次合作机会。
处理客户投诉与问题,协调内部资源快速响应,提升客户忠诚度。
团队协同与支持
与市场、技术、运营等部门紧密协作,推动无人物流车解决方案的落地与优化。
参与行业展会、论坛等活动,提升公司品牌在目标行业的影响力。职位要求1、教育背景
本科及以上学历,市场营销、自动化、车辆工程、物流管理等相关专业优先。
2、工作经验
5年以上物流设备、自动驾驶、智能装备或相关行业销售经验,其中至少3年大客户销售经验。
熟悉无人物流车或AGV、AMR等自动化设备行业者优先。
核心能力
具备敏锐的市场洞察力和客户需求分析能力,能快速定位客户痛点并提供解决方案。
优秀的商务谈判能力和客户关系管理能力,擅长与高层客户建立信任关系。
具备跨部门协作能力,能高效整合公司资源推动项目落地。
适应高强度出差,具备抗压能力和结果导向思维。
3、行业资源
拥有物流、快递、制造业等领域的客户资源者优先。
4、语言与技能
熟练使用Office办公软件,具备良好的PPT制作与方案演示能力。
