大区销售经理成都、武汉、杭州、郑州社招全职运营 - 销售运营职位描述职责描述:
负责线下渠道大区管理和统筹工作,线下渠道体系的整体战略规划及方案制定。
1)目标达成:根据公司及中国区战略及销售目标,负责区域线下销售及毛利目标的达成。
2)市场分析:进行行业、渠道、消费者调研,对本行业国内线下渠道有宏观的认识,定期进行市场预测与情报分析。
3)渠道策略:整合全渠道市场和产品方案,建立规范化线下渠道策略和打法,探索新的渠道模式。
4)客户关系:带领团队开拓国内各类型渠道客户;深度维护渠道及客户关系,建立优质的客户合作关系;制定渠道管理政策。
5)零售终端:带领团队与核心客户共同打造线下零售终端阵地,塑造3c消费电子领导品牌形象。
职位要求任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,有消费电子或通讯行业从业经验优先,5年以上大区及大区渠道操盘及团队管理经验。
2. 市场敏感度高,具备较强沟通能力与执行力,能承受较大工作压力及挑战;
3. 具有一定的战略高度,对线下通路,行业形势有全盘的视角,能布局和规划国内线下的销售策略并形成可落地方案。 投递
