Job Description

东南亚电商运营深圳社招全职职位描述1. 负责东南亚及台湾区域电商平台(Shopee/Lazada)品牌管理和店铺销售,对销售目标负责;
2. 监控店铺核心数据指标,排查异动解决问题,洞察趋势制定优化方案,促成销售目标达成;
3. 负责店铺产品运营和推广工作,做好产品销售上市计划及全生命周期的活动策略规划,同时做好店铺进销存管理;
4. 协同市场/设计/产品等多个部门完成电商线上活动的策划、落地、复盘,包括但不限于新品发布、年度重点大促等活动;
5. 调研分析东南亚市场特点、类目竞争格局、用户消费习惯、产品使用场景,结合对电商平台规则和玩法的了解,制定销售增长策略;
6. 对于跨境电商行业动态及趋势保持高敏感度,迭代优化运营工作。 职位要求1. 海内外名校以上学历优先,专业不限;英语可作为工作语言(若为应届生,需要尽快到岗);
2. 对东南亚国家市场、文化及消费者特性感兴趣,有东南亚电商平台运营或市场推广经验者优先;
3. 出色的Stakeholder管理、沟通和跨团队协作能力,自驱力强,强结果导向;有较强的思维逻辑、学习能力、责任心和抗压能力。 投递
