Job Description

电商增长策略产品经理深圳社招全职职位描述1、负责跨境电商独立站的增长与转化需求分析、从增长和策略视角提升独立站流量转化效率,管理用户生命周期,对用户体验与转化率负责;
2、需求分析、流程设计、功能迭代等产品策划工作,提升用户体验与转化;
3、提炼核心场景及业务闭环,合理设计前后端业务流程,提升运营效率 ;
4、协调设计、研发与测试资源,保证项目按时并高质量完成,对产品需求交付和效果负责;
5、定期根据产品数据、用户调研和用户反馈,对已上线的功能进行迭代优化,持续提升用户体验。职位要求1、至少4年电商产品经验,有跨境电商从业经验优先,有增长和策略经验优先;
2、逻辑思维缜密,关注用户体验,能从用户角度思考问题并给出最优解决方案;
3、具备较强的数据分析能力,善于通过数据发现问题或机会点;
4、结果导向,学习能力强,能与团队高效协作并推动项目落地;
5、统招本科及以上,熟练掌握英语口语,CET-6 425分/IELTS 6分/TOEFL 80分以上,有欧美留学或生活经历优先。 投递
