电商活动运营经理深圳社招全职职位描述隶属于电商中台活动运营模块,作为电商核心能力之一活动运营能力的建设中枢,对电商整体活动运营的成功及方法论沉淀负责,直接向电商中心负责人汇报。
岗位职责:
1、在促销活动中,作为协同电商内部各渠道和上下游各链条的策略及项目管理owner中枢角色;
2、基于国内电商平台特性(天猫/京东/抖音),制定玩法策略并落地执行,达成活动目标;
3、统筹站内外流量资源,协同投广、市场团队对活动进行推广工作,确保活动顺利落地;
4、 监控活动数据(转化率、客单价、复购率等),通过数据分析、竞品分析等方式优化活动策略,沉淀可复用的电商活动模型;
5、根据电商平台规则政策及用户差异,配合公司新品制定针对性活动方案,同步联动供应链、服务团队保障全链路执行,提升各平台销售表现。职位要求 1、本科及以上学历,海内外名校优先;3年以上电商活动运营经验,有主导千万级活动案例的经验优先;
2、有数据sense,擅长通过数据分析发掘凹陷点&增长点;
3、熟悉各平台营销工具及数据工具,具备强结果导向与ROI意识;
4、具备跨部门统筹能力,能高效协同推动目标和结果达成; 投递
