全球社区运营负责人深圳社招全职职位描述1.Create a community growth strategy and plan with clear KPIs centered around user growth, engagement, and retention
2.Foster the growth of communities by creating incentives, UGC programs, and events (in-person and virtual)
3.Create a content calendar to facilitate a more streamlined approach to distributing content across platforms that include but are not limited to: Website, Mobile App, Facebook Groups, Discord, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc
4.Serve as the brand representative to a wide variety of online communities and/or build an external communication strategy
5.Engage with filmmaking communities, videographer/photographer, artists, and creators to build relationships and drive our business pipeline
6.Provide additional content and asset creation support to the Marketing Manager as needed
职位要求1.Experience in a full-time community management role
2.Team management experience is a plus
3.Passionate about understanding the latest trends in culture and social media
4.Exceptional written communication skills
5.High EQ, an ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovatively
