Job Description

产品计划工程师深圳社招全职职位描述1.岗位定位:供需平衡与BOM管理中枢,负责将需求计划转化为可执行的物料方案及成品供应方案,代表计划部参与IPD开发,确保物料可采购性与齐套。
2.核心职责:
1)IPD开发阶段协同:参与产品各阶段IPD开发评审,主导BOM可采购性评估(如长交期物料备选方案),推动研发优化设计(DFM)。跟进量产BOM生效,识别高风险物料(如定制芯片),提前启动战略采购;
2)供需匹配与产能规划:拆解需求计划为分产品线物料需求,制定采购计划,及时输出物料预测or PR(考虑供应商MOQ、产能爬坡周期)。管理代工厂产能分配;
3)物料PR与BOM管理:审核产品线物料采购申请(PR),确保与需求计划、库存策略一致。管理BOM版本变更(ECN),协调研发、采购、代工厂同步切换(如替代料生效时点);
4)供需平衡:在需求计划与供应链资源(产能、库存、采购)间建立动态平衡;
5)中长期规划:制定3-18个月的生产、采购、库存策略;
6)资源优化:协调产能分配、物料采购优先级,实现成本与效率最优;
7)异常处理:解决供需失衡(如产能不足、库存积压)的全局性问题;
8)物料齐套管理:中长期物料齐套分析,支撑ATP承诺职位要求我们希望你具备以下能力及特质:
1. 全局资源统筹能力:
1)理解供应链全链路(采购、生产、物流、库存)的约束条件,能在需求与资源间动态平衡;
2)精通产能规划、物料齐套性分析、成本优化模型(如线性规划);
2. 决策能力:面对资源冲突(如产能不足、交期延迟)时,能快速制定优先级策略(SKU、跨产品);
3. 中长期规划视野:能制定3-18个月的供应计划,考虑产能提升、二供引入等长期资源布局;
4. 性格特质:
1)系统性思维:避免局部优化(平稳、安全、高效),注重整体供应链效率;
2)抗压性:在供需剧烈波动时保持冷静,权衡短期损失与长期利益;
