资深艺术指导深圳社招全职职位描述岗位描述
我们正在寻找一位能定义视觉标杆、让同行主动研究和模仿的资深艺术指导（平面 & 体验方向），专注于公司核心产品线的品牌视觉系统与关键营销场景的艺术掌舵与一线产出，你将从事品牌视觉语言、产品 KV、官网与营销站体验、包装、出版物的工作，确保达到引领行业的设计水准。
岗位职责
- 通过对品牌策略与视觉语言体系的深度理解，完成视觉系统（Design Language + KV System）的交付。
- 通过设计把控，完成平面、产品页、营销站、包装、线下广告等一体化视觉方案的交付。
- 通过亲自操刀的一线产出能力，完成高优先级项目的首稿与定稿设计，为团队树立可参照的品质基线。
- 通过系统化的设计拆解与经验沉淀，推动团队平面与体验设计能力整体跃迁，输出可复用的方法论、模板与分享课。
- 通过与品牌、UX、视频等平级部门艺术指导的协同，推动公司级视觉标准的一致性与先进性。
职位要求任职要求
- 知识：本科及以上学历，视觉传达、平面设计、交互设计、工业设计相关专业。扎实的设计理论功底（构图、色彩、字体、版式、信息架构），对国际前沿视觉趋势、品牌系统方法论、设计奖项评判标准有清晰认知。
- 能力：审美有明确个人主张，能讲清取舍逻辑；平面系统与体验界面双线实操能力强，Figma、C4D、AE、Blender 至少精通其中两项；具备把个人品味转化为团队标准的能力（文档、模板、分享）。
- 经验：5 年以上一线设计经验，其中 3 年以上在顶级品牌、头部 agency 或一线科技公司担任艺术指导；有过被行业公开讨论或模仿的代表作；在 D&AD、ADC、One Show、Brand New 等国际奖项有实际斩获者优先；在影像、消费电子、汽车、时尚领域有深耕经验者优先。
- 意愿：第一意愿是来影石做出可以载入个人生涯的代表作，而非完成普通工作；认同"Bold, Creative, Fun"文化，对影像产品本身有真实热情。投递
