车型整合营销策略专家上海社招全职用户与服务 - 市场与传播本科及以上7-10 年职位描述1. 完成深度的内外部市场分析,输出目标用户、竞争环境、市场环境及趋势,以及前沿创新模式的分析与洞察,并识别车型产品线销量增长和利润率增长的机会点和挑战点;
2. 制定基于车型的整体营销策略,包括车型传播策略、车型投放策略、终端能力提升等方面,识别关键成功要素,形成车型营销关键项目并追踪项目执行和业务闭环;
3. 根据当前市场情况,针对顺销车型,对产品传播点进行内容开发,提出产品营销内容范式,应用于传播、投放、终端提升等多个端口;
4. 创新营销策略输出,深度感知市场的发展及创新,提出营销制胜策略,并推进落地实现。职位要求1. 全日制本科及以上学历;
2. 8年以上市场研究、市场策略规划相关工作,有汽车行业相关经验为佳;
3. 对新能源市场和产品有充分的认识和洞察;
4. 丰富的产品内容包装经验,擅长产品传播的信息梳理,包括、产品品牌、产品USP、产品势能、产品竞对等多个方向的内容包装经验;
5. 有较强的终端感知能力,有终端销售、用户、市场的调研经验;
6. 有较强的商业敏锐度、深度思考能力,数据洞察力、以及营销策略方案建议能力;
