Job Description

售后服务(服务中心督导)嘉兴社招全职用户与服务本科及以上3-5 年职位描述1.全面负责管辖区域门店的运营管理工作,对用户体验、运营指标和经营结果负责;
2.落实管辖区域门店各项管理制度和业务流程工作标准,确保项目落地、服务标准执行到位、门店运转正常;
3.协同区域和总部各职能团队落地业务培训、人才培养等计划,持续为团队赋能;
4.负责对用户满意度的改进和重大用户投诉处理,并针对问题协同店内进行改善;
5.负责管辖区域各门店会议的定期召开,对日常工作进行总结,并不断改进、优化;
6.定期对管辖区域门店巡检(服务标准、5S、安全)及服务执行抽查(前台、车间),并针对问题进行整改闭环
职位要求1.本科以上学历
2.两年及以上汽车主机厂区域管理经验或经销商集团区域管理经验,持有高端品牌售后服务总监或区域管理岗位认证资质人员优先;
3.能够独立完成项目规划与运营,具有较强的统筹工作能力
4.符合蔚来的价值观,言行一致,知行合一。有出色的用户思维,关注用户体验,以用户满意为导向;
5.出色的创新意识,较强的主动服务意识、发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的逻辑能力
6.能够拥抱变化,适应公司的业务发展,并采用灵活的策略将业务落地
7.有一定目标感,规划能力,对目标结果负责,有担当、责任心、吃苦耐劳精神
8.持有C1驾照,熟练使用Office办公自动化软件 投递
