储备高级销售管理武汉社招全职管理类 - 管理本科及以上5-7 年职位描述1、支持区域公司销售业务,达成共同的销售目标;
2、完成负责区域销售业务的预测、复盘和监控,帮助区域公司准确定位销售业务的相关问题并持续改善和提高;
3、评估负责区域的销售业务能力,并做针对性的赋能;
4、组织负责区域内销售业务的相关会议和工作,促进区域内销售业务共同提高和协作;
5、推动公司标准和流程在区域公司的落地执行,保障用户体验;
6、反馈一线业务的现状和需求,推动总部相关标准和流程的改善。职位要求1、5年以上销售管理经验(行业不限,汽车相关销售管理岗为佳);
2、良好的沟通和互动能力;
3、拥抱变革,抗压能力强;
4、能够适应高频出差的工作节奏;
