媒介策略经理推荐投递-用户与服务上海社招全职用户与服务本科及以上5-7 年职位描述1. 负责NIO线上用户增长经营投放,基于多媒体产品形态和用户场景做媒介策略匹配,拆解业务核心目标,寻找关键增长路径和优化策略,提升投放ROI;
2. 根据公司发展战略及销量目标,深耕媒体线索场景和新产品探索,完成目标拆解和优化路径,定期对投放结果进行监控和复盘;
3. 整合内部及横向部门资源,加深媒体方、代理方合作关系和创新拓展,创造更多合作可能性,解决投放过程中的问题并优化媒体和代理投放方案;
4. 分析线上用户行为,关注用户转化产品触点,通过数据分析和用户调研,进行精细化运营,优化增长方案。职位要求1. 本科及以上学历;5-8年汽车行业新媒体营销或互联网营销工作经验优先,汽车互联网公司运营岗背景经验者优先;
2. 需具有优秀的市场洞察力、数据分析能力、项目执行力和团队协作能力,能够协同组织部门、媒体、代理、区域等工作伙伴合作达成业务目标;
3. 需保持创业精神和高度敏感的市场嗅觉,积极持续推动业务发展。
