Job Description

车型经营策略(经理/总监级)上海社招全职职能与支持 - 战略及业务规划本科及以上7-10 年职位描述1. 基于内外部市场环境,可对市场趋势、目标用户、前沿创新模式等做深度分析与洞察,能够识别车型不同生命周期的营销机会和挑战;
2. 制定车型市场营销策略,包括设置营销目标、整体营销策略、关键成功要素、关键行动计划及策略实施节奏等。
3. 分车型、分款型、分SKU的全口径经营目标管理,包括从车型经营出发的前后端数据对接、经营目标设定、关键策略投资的经营影响分析、重点项目阶段的经营目标分解;
4. 对车型的业务运营与财务表现的关键指标进行拆解,并提炼出洞察,识别后续需要关注的重点指标;
5. 作为核心管理团队的策略伙伴,支持制定短/中/长期的经营策略规划,与相关协同部门拉通,推动并跟踪整体的经营规划落地与后期复盘。职位要求1. 全日制本科及以上学历;
2. 8年以上汽车行业经验,对新能源市场和产品有充分的认识和洞察,有汽车行业咨询背景为佳;
3. 有一定的财务知识基础与模型搭建能力,有智能电动车领域项目或工作经验优先考虑;
4. 有较强的商业敏锐度、深度思考能力,数据洞察力以及营销策略方案建议能力;
5. 优秀的跨部门沟通能力、执行力、自驱力;
6. 熟练的英语书面和口语表达能力,可作为工作语言。 投递
