工业数据治理技术专家合肥、上海社招全职智能制造 - 制造运营本科及以上10 年以上职位描述1. 战略与框架制定：
- 制定并持续完善OT工业数据治理的愿景、战略路线图、实施框架和技术架构。
- 设计并建立覆盖多工厂、车间、设备层级的工业数据管理体系，包括数据标准、政策、流程和规范。
2. 数据标准与质量管理：
- 主导制定关键工业主数据和元数据标准。
- 建立工业数据质量度量、监控、预警和整改的闭环管理机制。
- 定期组织数据质量评估和审计，推动业务部门进行数据质量根因分析和整改。
- 管理与维护工业主数据（如设备、产线主数据）。
3. 平台与工具建设：
- 推动工业数据目录（Data Catalog）的建设，实现工业数据资产的可见、可懂、可用、可运营。
4. 生命周期管理：
- 管理工业数据的全生命周期，包括数据采集、存储、加工、使用、归档和销毁策略的制定。
- 重点关注时序数据（Time-Series Data）的高效存储、压缩和生命周期管理策略。
5. 协同与推广：
- 与生产、工艺、质量、设备等业务部门紧密合作，深入业务场景，推动数据治理流程的落地。
- 组织和开展数据治理培训和宣传，在部门范围内提升数据意识和文化。职位要求- 学历与经验：
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、工业工程、自动化、机械电子等相关专业。
- 2年以上数据治理相关工作经验，其中至少3年专注于工业领域（离散制造业，汽车行业优先）的数据治或产线智能化相关工作。
- 专业知识与技能：
- 熟悉汽车制造流程（冲压、焊装、涂装、总装）和典型工业系统（MES, SCADA, PLC, LES）。
- 了解工业通信协议（如OPC UA, MQTT, Profinet）和工业互联网平台架构。
- 精通主数据管理（MDM）、数据质量、元数据管理、数据安全等核心领域。
- 具备出色的数据分析能力，能使用SQL、Python等工具进行数据探查和分析。
- 软实力：
- 出色的跨部门沟通、协调和推动能力，能够与技术团队和业务团队高效合作。
- 强大的逻辑思维能力、问题解决能力和项目管理和规划能力。
- 具备高度的责任心和自驱力。
优先考虑条件：
- 有大型汽车主机厂或顶级汽车零部件供应商（Tier 1）的工作经验。
- 有从0到1搭建工业数据治理体系的成功经验。
- 熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系中对数据的要求。
