资深产品经理（智能座舱方向）上海社招全职产品 - 产品经理本科及以上5-7 年职位描述1. 语音交互产品模块：牵头语音交互产品的全生命周期管理，包括需求调研、产品规划、功能设计及上线后的迭代优化；与算法、研发团队紧密协作，提升语音识别准确率、语义理解能力及交互流畅度，打造符合用户使用习惯的语音交互体验。
2. AI & AIGC 产品应用：深入研究 AI 及 AIGC 技术在智能座舱场景的应用方向，结合用户需求与市场趋势，规划 AI&AIGC 相关产品功能，如智能场景推荐、个性化内容生成等；推动技术落地，验证产品效果，持续优化产品性能。
3. 全球化产品能力建设：负责全球化产品能力的规划与搭建，涵盖语言适配（多语言文本、语音）、语音本地化（方言、口音适配）、地图导航全球化（不同地区地图数据整合、导航规则适配）等；协调跨部门资源，解决全球化过程中的技术、合规及用户体验问题。
4. 项目交付管理：跟进产品项目的整体推进，明确产品交付标准；跟踪项目进度，及时识别并解决项目风险与问题，确保项目按时、高质量交付。
5. 跨团队协作与沟通：与研发、设计、测试、市场、运营等多部门紧密协作，确保产品需求准确传递与落地；对接外部合作方（如地图服务商、语音技术 & AI & AIGC供应商等），维护良好合作关系，保障合作项目顺利推进。
6. 市场与用户洞察：持续关注智能汽车、智能座舱领域的市场动态、竞争对手产品情况及用户需求变化，定期输出市场分析报告与产品优化建议，为产品战略决策提供支持。职位要求1. 工作经验：8 年以上智能汽车或智能座舱产品工作经验，有语音交互、AI&AIGC 或全球化产品项目经验者优先；具备独立负责复杂产品模块或项目从 0 到 1 搭建与落地的经验。
2. 专业能力：
- 精通产品设计方法论，能够熟练进行需求分析、产品规划、PRD 撰写及原型设计；
- 深入理解语音交互技术原理（如 ASR、TTS、NLP）、AI & AIGC 相关技术及应用场景；
- 熟悉全球化产品建设的关键环节与难点；
- 具备较强的项目管理能力，能够合理协调资源，推动项目高效执行；
- 拥有良好的数据分析能力，能够通过数据洞察用户需求与产品问题，驱动产品优化。
3. 综合素质：
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力与创新意识，能够敏锐捕捉行业趋势与用户需求；
- 拥有优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能够有效推动跨部门合作，解决合作中的冲突与问题；
- 工作积极主动，抗压能力强，能够适应快节奏的工作环境，对智能汽车行业有浓厚兴趣与热情。
