Job Description

车身控制资深性能匹配工程师上海社招全职数字技术本科及以上7-10 年职位描述在智能化电动车的趋势下，强感知的车身功能，包括门锁、电动门、雨刮、内外灯、座椅，车窗、电动前舱盖等，急需更新迭代。
通过新的系统架构，结合车身系统的新技术和融合算法，大幅提升用户的使用便捷性与舒适性的体验；基于SOA的系统架构，提升车身系统开发体系化效率。
岗位职责：
1. 负责搭建车身性能的体系化建设，其中包括性能评价标准与场景库，针对门锁、电动门、雨刮、座椅、车窗等系统，将模糊的用户体验转化为量化的工程指标。例如：定义电动门的“丝滑度”权重、座椅调节的“无感起停”加速度曲线、视觉雨刮的“视野清晰度”等级。建立从用户投诉/建议到标定参数修正的自动化闭环，确保场景库随 OTA 持续进化。
2. 参与或主导新型的开发范式创新，譬如虚拟标定，使用 Simulink搭建高精度物理模型，在实车下线前完成 65% 的基础标定工作。通过“模型在环 (MIL)”实现多工况（坡度、风阻、电压波动）的性能匹配提效。
3. 负责感知融合的相关性能方案设计，支持落地 VAVE 降本增效方案。如从传统物理传感器（如 RLS）向视觉感知方案的迁移。通过视觉系统识别雨量、环境光、障碍物，实现雨刮控制、自动大灯、电动门避障的智能化迭代。
4. 负责车身基础性能开发工作，譬如小电机（电机、撑杆、锁体）的物理极限与失效机理。负责解决车身系统在极端环境（极寒、高温、盐雾）下的性能稳定性痛点。并对控制策略能提出性能优化方案，
职位要求职位要求：
 硕士及以上学历，自动化、人工智能、车辆工程等相关专业。
 8年以上车身/座舱标定经验，5款以上量产经验。具备至少1款智能化领先车型（具备AI感知或SOA架构）的深度开发经验。
 熟悉一些视觉算法、或传感器融合算法在车身系统的应用（如视觉雨刮、手势控制门锁）。理解数据驱动控制逻辑，有参与过基于数据训练实现部件控制（如反演算法、预测控制）的实际案例。
 精通Simulink、Amesim等建模工具，实现过某些车身功能虚拟标定的能力。熟练使用Python或MATLAB进行大规模标定数据自动化处理与特征提取。
 极强的用户洞察力，能够从“用户爽点”反推“工程参数”，具备失效模式分析（FMEA）与系统稳定性分析的深度见解。
 具备较强的业务分析能力、用户体验导向、逻辑思维和学习能力，能够主导需求开发和需求管理，具备良好的文档能力；投递
