车型营销增长策略上海社招全职职能与支持 - 战略及业务规划本科及以上7-10 年职位描述1. 负责车型产品的营销增长策略,包括上市阶段和顺销期阶段的增长策略、车辆运营策略、权益策略等;
2. 基于销量目标、产品组合、销售节奏等,完成产品增长策略的方案制定;
3. 负责产品销售与供应的协同,对销量和产品组合配比进行预测和规划,与工厂、供应链高度协同,平衡产销;
4. 负责并计划销售类费用的合理分配,监控预算执行情况并及时呈报;
5. 对营销增长方案的实施效果进行追踪评估,及时迭代提升效果。职位要求1. 本科及以上学历,汽车、市场营销、经营管理相关专业背景优先;
2. 8年以上汽车、产品营销增长策略和产品与供应协同经验,能独立负责、落实营销增长方案和项目,能独立负责产品与供应平衡,有一线销售或销售策略运营经验背景优先;
3. 有较强的内外部沟通能力,以及多任务统筹协调和项目管理能力;
4. 抗压能力强,工作中有较强的计划性、自驱力和执行力,能够进行高效的项目管理和推进。 投递
