产品体验体系搭建上海社招全职产品本科及以上5-7 年职位描述我们正在寻找一位对座舱内饰充满热情，并擅长通过高效协作来优化产品体验体系的伙伴。作为产品体验部的一员，你将不直接负责功能定义，而是作为核心的“连接器”和“推进者”，致力于构建并维护清晰、高效的产品信息与流程体系，确保座舱内饰相关的产品体验能够被精准、一致地定义和交付。
主要职责
1. 产品信息体系搭建与维护：
- 协助建立和维护公司座舱内饰领域（如座椅、内饰灯、方向盘、材质面料等）的产品功能库、配置库。
- 负责收集、整理和归档来自用户研究、市场、设计、工程等各方的产品需求与反馈，确保信息结构化、可追溯。
- 维护产品文档（如PRD、体验标准文档）的版本管理和知识沉淀。
2. 项目管理与跨部门协调（PMO导向）：
- 跟踪与座舱内饰体验相关的产品项目进展，组织跨部门（如设计、硬件工程、软件工程、测试）的日常沟通会议。
- 明确会议纪要，跟踪关键任务和决策项的落地情况，主动识别并推动解决项目阻塞点。
- 协助优化产品开发流程，提升从需求到上线的协同效率。
3. 用户体验洞察支持：
- 协助产品经理和用户体验研究员，进行用户访谈、竞品分析的资料整理和初步分析。
- 基于对座舱内饰的了解，能将用户的感性体验反馈转化为初步的、结构化的产品改进点。
4. 流程与工具优化：
- 熟悉并熟练使用项目管理工具，并探索如何利用工具提升团队信息透明度和协作效率。职位要求1. 学历与经验：
- 本科及以上学历，工业设计、车辆工程、机械工程、项目管理等相关专业优先。
- 1-2年相关工作经验，有座舱内饰开发、汽车零部件或消费电子或互联网行业项目管理、产品体验、PMO经验者优先。
2. 专业知识：
- 对汽车座舱内饰有基本了解，对座椅、内饰材质、灯光氛围、人机交互等至少一个方面感兴趣并有一定认知。
- 具备良好的项目管理基础知识，了解敏捷开发等产品开发流程。
3. 核心能力：
- 卓越的沟通与协调能力：能够清晰、准确地与不同背景的团队成员沟通，是优秀的“团队润滑剂”。
- 出色的逻辑与结构化思维：擅长信息归纳与整理，能将复杂信息梳理得条理清晰。
